At Overstock Sleep we strive to provide quick and safe transportation of your recent purchase. All of our shipments are shipped through TQL (Total Quality Logistics) At this time, all of our deliveries are to the front door of your home or to the office of a complex building. We process and ship orders received Monday through Thursday before 8pm within three business days (this is when you will receive your tracking number). Orders received on weekend days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped within three business days. Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped within three business days.

Expect a 10-12 business day transit time for your order to arrive after being shipped.
To sum up you should receive your order within 10-14 business days after purchase.

After I place my order, when should I expect to receive the tracking information?
At Overstock Sleep we aim to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days after purchase to receive the active tracking number.
How do I track my order?
All of our shipments are transported by TQL. After receiving your PRO/tracking number, navigate to https://trax.tql.com/#/shipmenttracking to track your shipment.
Do you offer in home delivery and set up?
At this time, we currently do not offer in home delivery or set up. We are working on adding this option in the near future. As of right now, our drivers drop off at the front door or office of your residence. We recommend having help on hand at the point of delivery in order to get the mattress in your home and set up.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
TQL (Total Quality Logistics) will reach out to you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a convenient date and time window for you to be home to receive your mattress. Signature will be required at the point of delivery from a household member 18 years or older.
